Approach

A straightforward way of working.

The price is agreed before work begins. If the job changes, we pause and speak with you.

  1. 01

    Listen

Tell us what has failed, or what you want looked after. A place, a photo, and a short description are enough to start.

  2. 02

    Inspect

Where a price depends on seeing the building, we visit and check access, the materials, and the likely cause.

  3. 03

    Quote

You receive a written scope and a price. Work starts after you accept it.

  4. 04

    Carry out

The work is completed and left tidy. You know who to speak to if something related comes up.

The kind of finish we aim for.

Kitchens, bathrooms, and the outside of a property. These photographs show the sort of finish. Your own job photos can take their place.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

What properties do you work on?

Houses, flats, small blocks, and smaller commercial premises. Send the town or postcode and the type of work, and we will tell you if we can take it on.

Can you attend urgently?

Yes, when something needs making safe: an active leak, a door that will not secure, or damage that is getting worse. We stabilise the problem first. The permanent repair is agreed afterwards.

Do you do gas work?

Gas tasks that need certification are arranged with a qualified engineer. Electrical work is one of the services we carry out.

How do quotations work?

We look at the job from your description and photos when that is enough, and on site when the detail needs a visit. You receive a written scope and price. Work starts after you accept it. If opening something up shows a further problem, we pause and agree the change with you.

Can you look after a property on an ongoing basis?

Yes. Planned visits suit landlords, managing agents, and anyone with a building to keep. You can also ask us to price one-off repairs.

Reviews

What people notice about the work.

We are proud of the work we do and the relationships we build with our clients. Here are some of the comments we have received.

The leak was made safe the same day, and the price for the rest of the work was agreed before anyone carried on.

Homeowner

The flat was looked after between tenancies, and we were left with a clear note of what had been done.

Landlord

Communal repairs were reported back properly, with one person responsible for the job from start to finish.
